Our employees are at the heart of our organisation. The dedication and commitment of ouremployees have contributed to where we are today andwhere we want to go. That's why we think it's important to invest Harmonians and provide them with growth opportunities.
The well-being of our employees is hugely important! We therefore offer several initiatives that give our employees the flexibility to invest in what is important to them. For example, we have the Individual Choice Budget for Dutch colleagues and the Flexibel Income Plan for Belgian colleagues.Ā
We strive to work and live in a healthy environment. To achieve this, we all need to take responsibility. At Harmony, we are constantly looking for ways to reduce our impact on the environment. For example, we encourage electric driving, offer a mobility budget as an alternative, have taken initiatives to separate and reduce waste and promote other sustainable initiatives.Ā
As a company, we believe it is important to actively contribute to the society we live in. We therefore support local initiatives and encourage our employees to also contribute to society. One way we do this is by organising various challenges that involve our colleagues in good causes. We also attach great importance to sponsoring actions and charities in which colleagues (and their families) get involved. Together, we work towards a better future for everyone!
