Do you want your company to express a strong brand with a matching image? Do you want all documents, emails, push messages, payment links, etc., to radiate professionalism? The practice is often that if you do not organize and automate your corporate identity centrally, you will experience all kinds of problems, such as:

  • Documents with old logos, slogans or addresses rotate;
  • Communication takes place from multiple industries or brands (labels), sometimes forgetting to use the right corporate identity;
  • New presentations are compiled (cut and pasted) from older versions, so that incorrect or incorrect information is copied;
  • Your letters and emails are not signed by the appropriate signer and/or department. And what is the validity of your document if the automatic signature is done by a manager who no longer works for the company?
  • English-language letters are concluded with a Dutch signature.

When it comes to a company's corporate identity, the first thing that comes to mind is the logo. But the corporate identity goes much further. It's about the coherence between the logo, font, font size, spacing, use of color, language and layout.

  • Image: A corporate identity sets the right tone and largely determines the image of your company;
  • Consistency: A well-kept corporate identity provides an unambiguous picture of “the company” to customers, but also to colleagues, business partners and suppliers;
  • Attraction: A beautiful corporate identity appeals to many target groups and increases your brand awareness;
  • Recognizability: A unique corporate identity sets your company apart from your competitors.

Harmony's Customer Communications Management Platform, “CCM in the Cloud”, supports you to communicate properly and through the desired channels with your customers, suppliers, employees and business partners. In addition, all texts, templates, logos, signatures are managed in one central location. This means that you will always use this centrally stored corporate identity to format your letters, emails, push messages, etc. So the dynamic composition of a template or layout always takes place from one central location. This makes it very easy to make changes.

Take changing a logo, for example, which you can change in one place and then see the new logo in all locations. The same applies to changes in phone numbers or address details. This prevents errors and misuse of communication, resulting in unpleasant situations. Especially in companies that have multiple brands and/or labels, it is very important that you can quickly apply, adapt and manage different corporate identities from one central location. This way, the Look and Feel will be the same throughout your company, from Sales to Finance.

The business itself manages customer communication and can adjust it itself. They can make these adjustments to the texts and templates without the intervention of an IT department. “CCM in the Cloud” enables them to develop attractive customer communications with user-friendly and ready-to-use templates that do not require programming knowledge. In addition, Marketing can easily monitor and/or modify the corporate identity and quickly set up a marketing campaign. This saves a lot of time and money.

In addition, “CCM in the Cloud” offers

  • One point of contact: We (un) provide contact (and contract) with various chain partners such as shipping houses, email providers, SMS and push message providers
  • SaaS Solution: So you no longer have to maintain your own server park and associated management. That saves money and hassle.
  • Safe and up to date: All the benefits of the cloud: always up to date with software and security. (ISO27001 and ISAE3000 certification)
  • Tailored solution: Subscription or pay-as-you-go, we offer clear, transparent rates for the entire service.

Do you want to know how “CCM in the Cloud” can help your company monitor the central corporate identity? Then take informal contact contact us and we would be happy to look at the possibilities with you.

CCM in the Cloud & Corporate Social Responsibility
Customer Communication
At Harmony, we are aware of our impact on society and the environment. We strive to minimize this impact and take responsibility. From Customer Communication Management (CCM), we are involved in customer communication. When it comes to customer communication, the impact of digital communications on the environment is smaller than physical communications and often more efficient. Think of digitally (multiple) signing a communication. This is much faster than the conventional way of printing and scanning a paper document and it is a time-consuming and labour-intensive task to ensure that the document is signed by all parties.
