A place where you can fully develop and use your talents is something we all want, right?

When I was looking for a new challenge in 2022, personal and professional growth were top priorities.

Then I found Harmony, and I was immediately drawn to their unique learning culture. Two years later, I can look back on an impressive journey of growth. Curious how?

Let's get to know each other

Who is Alexander Radešić?

I'm a dedicated business analyst at work, but also a devoted father and someone who enjoys socialising with friends and family.

The challenge: standing still means falling behind

Back to 2022.

In my search for a new challenge, I wanted a company that truly believed in "lifelong learning". A place where I could keep growing, gain new skills, and advance my career.

Enter Harmony: the perfect place to grow

Harmony's business consultancy team aims to create an environment where everyone can perform at their best. They focus on personal and professional growth, providing tailored knowledge transfer, especially in digital, customer service, and innovation.

This is achieved through extensive internal training programs at the "Harmony School" and support for external certifications and courses.

When Harmony made their offer, I didn’t hesitate: it was a perfect fit.

Two years at Harmony: only positive experiences

Looking back on my two years at Harmony, I’m pleased with my growth. This is largely thanks to the people at Harmony—the coaching framework, my colleagues, and those supporting me on projects.

The internal training programs I completed, such as courses on process modelling and customer journey mapping, were incredibly valuable. Plus, Harmony supported me in obtaining external certifications like Scrum Master and Product Owner.

The combination of internal and external development opportunities has rapidly expanded my skills and knowledge. I can now manage complex projects using Agile methods and know the best ways to enhance customer satisfaction through optimising customer journeys.

The top-athlete environment? It's not just talk—it's a philosophy you experience every day at Harmony.

My steps to success

  • Internal training programs:
I actively participated in Harmony School’s varied internal training programs. These programs gave me valuable insights into the tech industry and practical skills I could apply immediately.

  • External certifications:
Harmony encouraged me to earn relevant external certifications. Getting my Scrum Master and Product Owner certifications demonstrated my commitment to professional development and strengthened my expertise in Agile methodologies, opening doors to more challenging projects and responsibilities.

  • Learning on the job:
I also benefited from hands-on experience and learning from my colleagues and mentors at Harmony. This on-the-job training helped me turn theoretical knowledge into real results, like successfully implementing new processes and improving team collaboration.

Conclusion

My story is living proof that Harmony is more than just a workplace. It's an environment where talents are nurtured, and careers are boosted. By investing in training, certification, and a culture of continuous learning, Harmony has been the ideal place for my career growth.

Could it be the same for you?
