A pivotal moment has arrived for Harmony Business Consultancy. Following years of collaboration, development, and growth, Thomas Standaert has transitioned to partner. This move signifies not only his personal progression but also the continued evolution of Harmony as an organisation.

From Consultant to Partner

Thomas Standaert has been a valued member of our team since 2016. His proven track record in digital transformation, coupled with his keen understanding of the human element in change management, has earned him a well-deserved promotion.

Thomas expresses his enthusiasm for this next chapter: "We have a fantastic team, a unique culture, and a strong organisation, and I am eager to contribute to its continued development." His ambition aligns perfectly with our own: "With this step, I aim to reinforce Harmony's growth aspirations and remain committed to providing our colleagues with exceptional growth opportunities, while continually seeking ways to better support our clients through their challenges and transformations."

A Logical Next Step

For our leadership team, Thomas's appointment is a natural progression. Partner Maarten Bruyneel articulates this sentiment: "We are immensely pleased and proud to welcome Thomas as a Partner. His extensive consulting experience, expertise, focus on people, and the impact this has on the team and culture will significantly strengthen our management team."

Partner Christophe Vanhorenbeeck further highlights Thomas's value: "We have long recognised Thomas's complementary nature within our leadership team. His emphasis on a strong culture, the delivery of first-class service, and the further enhancement of our reputation with clients are invaluable assets to our team."

Sustainable Growth as a Guiding Principle

Our CEO, Koen Mercken, places this new partnership within the broader context of our growth strategy: "I'm particularly pleased that Thomas is now also a shareholder of Harmony Business Consultancy. Sustainable growth is our guiding principle, and his participation represents a significant step forward. It also clearly demonstrates the various avenues for career progression within Harmony."

Our Future Vision

Together with our team, Thomas will contribute to strengthening our position as a leading partner in digital transformation. His leadership and commitment will enable us to not only achieve sustainable growth but also to better support our clients in their change processes. We look forward to the future with confidence, anticipating new opportunities to nurture the growth of our clients and colleagues.
