“Harmony has undergone a nice evolution in recent years. You really notice the sustainable growth that Harmony strives for. The colleagues who were on the team with me at the time are still there,” says Christophe. “The organization itself has also become highly professionalized over the past 5 years. There are now clear entities with a strong HR and marketing framework so that they can specifically focus on growth itself. This has, among other things, triggered me to return to Harmony.”

“Of course, the culture and short lines of communication within Harmony are also one of the reasons why my return was very spontaneous. What I especially like is that everyone at Harmony gets the space to grow personally. Our consultants also get the opportunity to contribute internally to Harmony's growth by working on various internal projects, such as thinking about new products, marketing them, sharing knowledge through our internal Harmony School concept, etc. The fact that they can do this in a professional environment and in complete autonomy and are also appreciated for it is very important to us; we are very happy to encourage entrepreneurship.”

“The reason why I deliberately chose to participate in the business consultancy story when I returned as a partner is because I have often seen how a consultancy organization can be set up and grow. I always liked to contribute to that as an employee, but I still had the feeling that I had to take the plunge now to contribute to that growth through a partnership. The fact that I have a complementary fit with the existing management team, both in terms of network and style, also meant that I took the step to participate.”

“Christophe's participation reinforces and underlines Harmony's growth ambition. We are extremely satisfied with this step and are looking to the future with confidence,” says Maarten, co-partner.

“What is very important to me is that, in addition to our strong network in financial services, we are also diversifying into other sectors. Over the past year, we have already made good use of this diversification, with a number of new customers in other sectors. In addition, we also want to fully focus on the healthcare sector from 2022. With this broadening, we want to achieve the intended growth on the one hand so that we can serve even more customers and recruit new consultants, but on the other hand, to offer new opportunities and learning curves to our existing consultants. ”

“Because Harmony business consultancy is part of a larger group, we, as a partner in digital transformation, can unburden our customers in various areas. On the one hand, we advise them from focusing on their problem statement to helping them come up with and implement realistic and tangible solutions. On the other hand, we can also provide them with end-to-end assistance, including the implementation of systems via our HIT and CCM units. This allows us to act as a sustainable partner for our customers. All this ensures that we can work on the expected growth in the coming years, and I'm happy to support that, let's face it,” laughs Christophe.
