When we use CCM as a central platform for all communication, such invoices are certainly part of that. In addition, we offer the following advantages compared to (layout and shipping via) a PSP:

· Consistency: The corporate identity is always the basis. This is certainly important for an email with a payment link: If the email differs from all other emails at the latest, the recipient may consider it unreliable;

  • Channel independent: For example, a payment link can be sent not only via email, but also via a push message, a message box in an app, an SMS, or on paper if desired;
  • Changes: The templates for the invoices can also be modified in CCM by the business employees. You decide what the business can and cannot change;
  • Centralization: Because all communications are sent via CCM, a complete picture of all communication is created;
  • Succession: If an invoice is not paid, follow-up can be carried out via CCM. Think of an early reminder, or a reminder by the end of the month, when many people receive a salary.

Instead of sending invoices directly by the PSP, CCM receives payment details. CCM then communicates with the PSP via so-called APIs to create a payment link. This makes it possible to use the payment link for any desired channel. Using existing business logic, CCM then creates communication. The payment link is placed in these communications:

  • In the e-mail, a button that redirects the user to a “landing page” of the PSP, where a payment method can be chosen (e.g. iDeal, credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • A QR code is included in the printed communication, which redirects the user to the same landing page.
  • Via a notification in an app, via a push message, an SMS or via a message box in an app.

When you opt for bounce processing via CCM, it is also possible to automatically act on emails that do not arrive. For example, by automatically sending a printed communication. Or to print other future communications, with or without additional text. Or send a push message via an app. We are happy to think along about the possibilities.
