With CCM in the Cloud, customer communication is automated. The technology, shipping, control and handling are hereby taken care of by Harmony. And yet, you can maintain control over the content yourself and thus focus on your core business. For all our customers, our DevOps team is ready for daily management and active monitoring (24/7 if desired), and you also have the option to view the chain monitor yourself. With the chain monitor, the status of all your communications can be read at a glance and you can see: which output was offered; waiting for approval; offered for shipment; was picked up by the shipping houses, etc. Problems are often resolved before they reach you. We offer a number of options, from partial to almost complete care, where Harmony is your single point of contact.

Our solution focuses on business empowerment. We believe that the business should be able to manage content itself (complex specifications can be taken care of by us due to the technical nature). This can be done via our template design environment in the cloud, which is ideal for an end user to make changes and use these changes themselves without the intervention of Harmony. The templates are often developed by Harmony during a 1st phase in the implementation, after which the knowledge is transferred through training and on-the-job training to maintain them yourself.
The CCM architecture has a so-called disconnect point where you, as a customer, can assess and release (and schedule) the output yourself when it suits you (and the service center). Only then will the output be offered to the shipping houses.

Our project approach has opted for a combination of Prince2 and Agile. The structure and solid basis of Prince2 and Agile's rapid development method reinforce each other when you combine them. Prior to implementation, we will provide an indication of management costs and (one-off) migration costs based on the information provided. During the analysis phase, a clear picture is created of the investments required, the expected efforts and the lead time. As a result, you get a clear plan of action, a good idea of the investments required and a smooth transition to our proposition. During the analysis phase, we will focus on:
- Hosting: our solution runs perfectly in the cloud. A number of good reasons to switch to the cloud are: always up to date, cost efficiency, flexibility, availability, continuity, secure, independent of your own technical administrators, etc.
- Processes: it will be zoomed in on which processes should be set up in CCM. In addition to batch and ad hoc, is there perhaps also a need for on-demand output or interactive documents to make content just that little bit more personal? It will be inventoried which documents will make use of which process.
- Labels: we will look at the corporate identity of any labels, including similarities and differences between the labels;
- Layout: do you want to completely outsource the layout or be in control yourself? Our used tooling is suitable for an end user without IT expertise. Agreements will be made about this, where a hybrid form is of course also possible (and which is in most cases chosen).
- Distribution channels: in addition to the distribution channels currently used, are there perhaps additional channels that need to be connected in order to have (even more) a future? This includes social media channels such as apps and push notifications. Most channels can be seamlessly connected from CCM via (for example) web services.
- Service providers: if you are satisfied with your current service providers, we can connect to them without any problems. Perhaps it is also interesting to connect to our preferred suppliers, with the advantages that there is already a technical link and the feedback for the chain monitor has already been arranged. If you want to be completely unburdened and you want Harmony CCM to become your single point of contact, we can take over or take on contracts.
- Distribution schedule: now that it is known which processes, documents, deliveries and distribution channels need to be set up, it is good to look at the combination of one or more episodes and/or channels and identify the associated dependencies. After all, you only want to send an email with a reference to the MyEnvironment if you are sure if it is present on the MijnOmgeving.
- Phasing: by mutual agreement, we will draw up a global project plan with phasing. As standard, our indication takes into account support and guidance for the various tests and aftercare after going live.
Our CCM solution is also interesting for organizations with smaller volumes (up to 500K communications annually). This involves sharing infrastructure and licenses to save costs, but you do benefit from all CCM functionalities and cloud benefits. Interested in our solution and services? Then take informal contact contact us and we would be happy to look at the possibilities with you.
